Dr. Michael “Ryan” Esmay
I am our medical director and a service provider. I am an Arizona native but recently moved to Texas a couple years ago to be closer to my family in Round Rock and San Marcos. I definitely prefer to go by Ryan. I love the Dripping Springs area and feel privileged to be part of this amazing community.
I received my bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona. From there, my wife and I moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel College of Medicine. Arizona drew me back for residency in Phoenix. I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician. I have worked in a variety of settings, from urgent care to hospital-based emergency rooms.
I became interested in the aging process and reversing the clock as I began getting older myself. My goal for my clients is to provide you with excellent care and even better results! I aim to help my clients look and feel better about themselves while maintaining a natural, well-rested look. I can provide numerous aesthetic services for you. My training has included the Vampire™ procedures using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to stimulate the body’s natural healing process aiding in collagen and elastin production and reversing the signs of aging.
I am an involved member of the team and look forward to meeting you one-on-one or when you are in with the other service providers.
Jennifer “Jen” Stierwald
Hi I am Jen Stierwald. I am a Mom, Wife and Nurse. I live in Dripping Springs with my husband of almost 15 years, my two amazing children, and two fairly well-behaved dogs. We moved here from New Orleans two years ago. My nursing career started over 20 years ago when I realized patient care was my calling in life. I attended Charity Hospital School of Nursing in New Orleans. I spent most of my career in the surgical suite specializing in plastic surgery and orthopedics.
My experience in plastic surgery inspired me to go back to school and become a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). This advanced degree required me to complete 200 hours in complex cosmetic surgical procedures with some of the most renowned plastic surgeons in the country. I still work as an assistant at times. I enjoy both the partnership with the surgeon and being able to use my special skill set to make an incision beautiful.
I have always loved cosmetic procedures so when the opportunity arose to take part in making someone look and FEEL like the best version of themself (RESTORED), I jumped at it. I am honored and extremely excited to help your journey to YouRestored.
Paula Esmay
Hello, I’m Paula Esmay. Yup, I’m the wife of Dr. Ryan Esmay. I have a Master of Science in Molecular Biology. I love all things science and love when the gifts of nature can be added to our lives to help us meet our goals. As I have aged, I have become increasingly interested in helping my body age gracefully and love hearing “No way you are that old” or “Your skin is absolutely glowing”.
I worked for 10 years in the cancer research field, trying to help find solutions for patients who had untreatable cancer. I’ve taken the past 12 years off of work to raise our two boys, but I have never lost my love of science and my desire to help people.
I am certified in body contouring. I’ve taken my general love of science, and I’m applying it to helping my clients achieve a body shape that they love. I love that I can offer them a solution that doesn’t require expensive, painful surgery. I love that this technique embraces healthy lifestyles, nutritious diet, supplements and exercise to help project you further along your body goals.
As someone who has struggled with my own body shape throughout my entire life, I fully understand that what you see in the mirror can deeply affect how you see yourself. For many of us, healthy lifestyle and exercise aren’t enough. It’s amazing to be able to offer a non-surgical option that specifically targets problem areas. Each treatment is tailored to your own needs and goals.
I love helping people find a non-surgical, permanent means of targeting specific problem areas on their bodies. If I can help you find happiness with your body and acceptance of your shape, then my bucket is filled.
